Web3Forms acts as a processor in this context (Article 28 GDPR); processing in a third country (USA) may occur and is safeguarded by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Article 46 GDPR). The legal basis is the handling of your enquiry (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR). No cookies are set in this process.
Hosting and recipients
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), which acts as a processor (Article 28 GDPR). The transfer to the USA is safeguarded by appropriate safeguards (the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses pursuant to Article 44 et seq. GDPR).
